Principal’s Message
Welcome to PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Along!
It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to the official website of PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Along, a place where learning, values, creativity and character-building come together to nurture responsible and confident citizens of tomorrow.
At PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Along, we believe that education is not merely the acquisition of knowledge but a continuous journey of discovering one’s potential, developing a scientific temper, nurturing creativity and learning to contribute meaningfully to society. Guided by the vision of the National Education Policy 2020 and the objectives of the PM SHRI Schools initiative, we strive to provide our students with a joyful, inclusive, experiential and competency-based learning environment.
Our endeavour is to ensure the holistic development of every child by providing opportunities in academics, sports, arts, technology, innovation and co-curricular activities. We encourage our students to think critically, communicate confidently, embrace diversity, respect our rich cultural heritage and develop the values of integrity, empathy, discipline and responsibility.
As an institution committed to excellence, we continuously work towards creating a safe, supportive and technology-enabled learning environment. Our dedicated teachers, committed staff and active partnership with parents and the community form the foundation of our efforts.
I firmly believe that every child has unique abilities and immense potential. Our role as educators is to identify, nurture and channel that potential so that our students grow into lifelong learners, compassionate human beings and responsible citizens who can contribute positively to the nation and the world.
I invite students, parents and all stakeholders to be an integral part of this educational journey. Together, let us continue to make PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Along a centre of excellence, innovation and holistic education.
“Let us learn, grow, innovate and serve—together building a brighter future.”
